These terms cover your use of MyPricingCalculator.com ("MPC", "we", "us") — both the free pricing calculators and the paid MPC Pro membership. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

The free calculators

The calculators are free to use and give you estimates based on the numbers you enter. They're a tool to help you think through your pricing — not professional, financial, legal, or accounting advice. Every business is different, and the final price you charge is your decision. We don't guarantee any particular result, profit, or outcome.

MPC Pro membership

MPC Pro is a paid membership that unlocks the commercial estimating tools. When you sign up, you'll see the exact fees before you pay: a one-time activation fee plus a recurring monthly subscription, billed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future billing, and your Pro access stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think someone else has gained access to your account.

Acceptable use

Use the site for your own business pricing. Please don't: copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the tools or content; try to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the site; or use it for anything unlawful.

What belongs to whom

The calculators, content, and design are ours. The numbers and job details you enter are yours — we don't claim them. As our Privacy Policy explains, the free calculators run in your browser and don't send your inputs to us.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the math sound and the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or exactly right for your situation. Estimates are estimates.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or from pricing decisions you make with it. You're responsible for the prices you set and the jobs you take.

Changes

We may update the tools, the site, and these terms over time. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
